Our team works closely with the Planning & Resources Committee of the Board of Governors to assure that projects meet the highest standards of quality and functionality and are delivered on time and on budget. On behalf of the Board of Governors and working with external service providers, the team is responsible to manage all capital construction projects. This includes the yearly implementation of the University Capital Plan, the Deferred Maintenance Program, CFI initiatives, as well as all building renovations and additions.
